ODF is the international professional association for the field of organization design. We are dedicated to advancing the theory and practice of the field through expertise, education, and resources.

What is Organization Design?
Organization design is a systematic approach to configuring and aligning structures, processes, leadership, culture, people practices, and metrics to enable organizations to achieve their mission and strategy.
