  Conferences

Organization Design Forum has produced 10 annual conferences to serve our community and interested parties. Each year, experts in the field satisfy attendee's quest for knowledge in not just the processes involved in Organization Design but also the emerging theories and techniques. By limiting attendance to 125 people, asking our speakers to attend the entire 3-day program, and eliminating sponsorship booths, we provide an environment that is more intimate than other conferences. Attendees have an opportunity to engage with speakers on a one-on-one level as well as form relationships with their professional peers.

2009 Conference
