Announcing: Organization Design Forum's 2010 Pre-Conference Workshops! NEVER BEFORE SEEN AT ODF TWO NEW PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS ON MAY 3! You have already heard about our 2010 ODF Conference titled "A Mile High...A World Wide!" to be held in Denver, Colorado on May 46. We are now pleased to announce two exciting pre-conference workshops to be held on Monday, May 3. Join us for one of the following workshops: Holacracy: A Horizon III Approach to Organization Design (www.holacracy.org) Holacracy is a comprehensive practice for governing and running organizations - a new organizational operating system. With its transformative structure and processes, Holacracy integrates the collective wisdom of people throughout the company, while aligning the organization with its broader purpose and a more organic way of operating. The result is dramatically increased agility, transparency, innovation, and accountability. Holacracy takes the principles, ideas, and emerging mindset articulated by cutting-edge thought leaders, and instills them in the actual structures and processes of the organization. It grounds them in practice and brings them to life. This thorough and experiential introduction to Holacracy covers all of its core components through interactive presentation, hands-on exercises, and immersive simulations. Come join Brian Robertson for a session on understanding this innovative approach to organization design. For more information click here. The Strategic and Systems Thinking Approach to Organization Design (www.stephenhaines.com) Last year in Tacoma we got an overview of systems thinking and its imperative grounding for organization designers this year we are offering a full day on the topic with the leading system thinker in the world, Stephen Haines. Stephen will present a blend of ideas and practice on the strategic and systems thinking approach to organization design. For more information, click here.
